Trench safety is a serious problem in construction, killing about 25 workers per year. Walter Jones, Director of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) for the Laborers' Health and Safety Fund of North America - discusses the most common issues with trenching. Contractors and workers who perform this type of work should listen and always do their best in making sure everyone is safe on the job.
